Its not toxic to want your members to have a bare minimum skill level specifically if its end game content, its everyones responsibility to the team and its only ever actually toxic if they flame you for having a small number. But only make this available in end game content and only to that specific player. Hide the parts where it shows damage numbers and just display the parts where it tells you where you could have done better (ex incorrect weaving, unused oGCDs, DoT upkeep, GCD uptime etc). That makes clearing those content harder for everyone because there's no point of comparison. While I do think introducing dps meters would add toxicity and bullying, it's basically a necessity when doing higher tier content where there's actual DPS checks meaning players need to do their rotations optimally.
